Overview
The City Clerk’s Office supports City operations by maintaining official records, coordinating elections, and providing access to public information and documents consistent with Michigan law.
Key Responsibilities
- Elections Administration. Coordinate elections, provide voter information, and support election day operations.
- Records and Public Documents. Maintain City records and provide access to public documents.
- Agendas and Minutes. Support meeting administration by preparing and maintaining agendas and minutes.
- FOIA Coordination. Receive and process Freedom of Information Act requests in accordance with the City FOIA policy.
