Overview

The City Clerk’s Office supports City operations by maintaining official records, coordinating elections, and providing access to public information and documents consistent with Michigan law.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Elections Administration. Coordinate elections, provide voter information, and support election day operations.
  2. Records and Public Documents. Maintain City records and provide access to public documents.
  3. Agendas and Minutes. Support meeting administration by preparing and maintaining agendas and minutes.
  4. FOIA Coordination. Receive and process Freedom of Information Act requests in accordance with the City FOIA policy.
